Ultra-high-voltage AC/DC operation covers 0.00–20.00 kV with a maximum output power of 200 VA for dielectric-strength testing.
AC/DC current measurement range: 0.100–10.00 mA, with selectable 2 mA and 10 mA ranges and 1 µA resolution.
Safety functions include power-supply safety detection with an OK indicator and a high-voltage warning with a Danger indicator. Proper grounding and insulated operating procedures remain required.
Supports timed testing from 0.0 to 999 seconds, with 0 seconds for continuous testing. The LED display shows voltage, current and time; an over-leakage condition triggers an alarm and disconnects the high-voltage output.
